How does the process work?
Once you book your package, we'll contact you to schedule your installation. Our team will source all of the pumpkins and seasonal décor, style your porch, and handle the entire installation so you can simply enjoy the season.

Do you use real pumpkins?
Yes! We use real pumpkins in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colors to create a beautifully layered, natural look.

Will my porch look exactly like the photos?
Each porch is custom designed to complement your home's architecture and entryway. While the overall style will reflect the package you choose, every installation is unique.

How long will my fall porch last?
With proper care, your display can last throughout much of the fall season. Weather conditions, especially prolonged heat or freezing temperatures, can affect the lifespan of pumpkins and mums.

What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Raleigh, Wake Forest, North Raleigh, and surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether you're within our service area, just reach out . We're happy to discuss!

Do I need to be home during installation?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to your front porch and any special instructions beforehand, we'll take care of the rest.

Can I customize my package?
Absolutely! Our optional add-ons, including statement, mums, cornstalks, and hay bales, allow you to personalize your porch while keeping the design cohesive.

What happens to the pumpkins at the end of the season?
You're welcome to keep everything, or you can add our Seasonal Removal Service, and we'll return to remove the pumpkins and décor when the season is over.

When should I reserve my porch?
Our installation calendar is limited, and fall dates fill quickly. We recommend reserving your porch as early as possible to secure your preferred installation week.

What if I need to reschedule?
If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on our installation schedule and seasonal availability.
